About this property

Relax in this one-bedroom garden suite apartment; perfect for a romantic getaway, work trip, or an extended stay. Walkable neighborhood; close to UPS campus, Proctor, 6th Avenue, and Downtown Tacoma.

No guests may rent from us under 21. No small children, as we are not baby-proofed. Laundry room available 24/7, fully equipped kitchen w/ eating nook, ductless heat pump for heat/AC. Use of patio in nice weather.

The space
Newly updated, daylight basement apartment with lots of light. Simple and clean, perfect for a local experience in Tacoma.
Guest access
Private entrance to a completely separate apartment, fully equipped kitchen with an eating nook. The apartment has its own laundry room, available at all times. Cable TV and WiFi are available. One off-street parking space provided, adjacent to the home.
Other things to note
~For anyone over 6'5" the apartment ceiling height may not be a comfortable height to stay in.

~I have included a white-noise maker in the bedroom to assist with a good night's sleep.

~We have decided to cater our space to adults 21 and older. No small children, please, as we are not baby-proof.

We had a great stay and enjoyed this place very much. It was easy to get to and close to many of the fun things that Tacoma has to offer. The host was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

So Cozy

This place is so lovely and cozy. It’s the reason I like to stay in a short term rental over a hotel. The kitchen had everything and more, the bathroom was clean, the shower had great water pressure. The bed was comfy and the living room had throw blankets. Seriously I’m alway cold and I love to snuggle under a blanket while I drink my coffee. Parking was so easy and it’s in a great location for easy highway access and everything you want in Tacoma.
