Lots of Room, but...
We enjoyed the abundant seating in the family room! The place was generally clean and the kitchen was well appointed. We especially appreciated the additional beverage fridge. The things that would prevent us from booking this house again are: 1. No garage space. We bring bikes and have beach chairs that we don't want to leave out to be potentially stolen or rained on. There is a large garage on premises. Not for renters. 2. No use of the hose. There is nice outdoor shower head tailor made for post beach rinsing off. Sign says: Not for renters. 3. The rather jarring sign at the top of the basement stairs warning that only adults doing laundry are permitted in the basement. It also tells you that the basement is under live surveillance. There is indeed a webcam down in the basement. This information should be on the rental information on VRBO. If we had known this, we would have looked elsewhere. It made me wonder where else had a hidden camera.
