About this property

Our luxury home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the prestigious Indian Point, Kissimmee. The villa backs onto a conservation area which is home to a large variety of wild life. Despite its quiet location our home is within 10 minutes of Disney's theme parks, numerous shops and restaurants. It is also within easy reach of Sea World and Universal Studios (Harry Potter World). There is a private screened, solar heated swimming pool at our house and in addition our guests have the use of a large communal pool, tennis courts and children's play area - within a short walking distance. Our home has recently been refurbished to a high standard and comes with 5 flat screened TV's, a games room with pool table, and electronic darts.

For families with young children there is a travel crib high chair, and stroller available. (free of charge)

We have 24/7 monitored security system and fitted safe for the use of our guests.

Free High Speed Wi-fi is available.

Free HDTV (more than 150 channels).

Home away from home.

Absolutely astonishing when it comes to cleanliness, and a super convenient location. Tina and Johns place is somewhere my family and I will stay again when coming back to the Orlando area. We came to celebrate our 14 year olds birthday and couldn’t have chosen a better rental. I love how meticulous and informative they are with pretty much everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Not to mention their beautiful pool and lounge area you can relax by. Well worth it, thanks guys!

Great house

My 17 year old and i stayed here to celebrate his Senior year. We went to Universal Studios ehich was a short Uber ride away. We also loved that we could buy groceries and that Walmart was close by. Great house. No issues at all!

My daughter's and I enjoyed the villa. It was beyond our expectations. It was a home away from home. My girls loved playing pool and we enjoyed sticking our feet in the pool for a bit because it was too windy and the pool was a little chilly. so

Fabulous Family Holiday in Super Accommodation

Villa was a perfect base camp to explore everything Florida jas to offer. We even witnessed a space launch which was visible from the front of the house. Location in a cul de sac ensures peace and quiet. Shops and restaurants all within a few minutes drive. The house is really well equipped and very comfortable even for a large family
