2 BR ground level condo in the Midnight Cove II complex, one of Siesta Key’s most desired resort communities. Located ground level on the Bayside of Midnight Pass Road, just 3 condo’s North of the South Bridge of Siesta Key on a private marina. Easy access on and off the island by land, and easy boat pick up and drop off from the intracoastal waterway. There are upgrades everywhere. 18” designer tile throughout, updated kitchen and bathrooms with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. It has an enclosed lanai adding to the open floor plan overlooking the intracoastal waterway! The main bathroom has been completely replaced with a raised custom shower head, larger bath tub, and two side body sprays. Ladies tend to say they love to use the two side wall shower body sprays and not get their hair wet. Deeded beach access directly across the street with a crossing light for pedestrians and bicycles where Midnight Cove II has the amongst the easiest access to the Siesta Key beach, and/or getting on and off the island, is a big plus for Midnight Cove II’s residents. It has a numbered carport directly in front of the ground level unit for easy unloading and loading. The grounds are meticulously maintained, heated pool, 2 tennis courts, pickle ball, recreational grilling areas, gym, basketball court, security, boat docks and great on site property management including 3 full time on site maintenance personnel.

Location!

Could not have asked for a better location or the hospitality of the host! We loved our daily walks to the grocery store, coffee shop, and bait shop! The beach is across the street and did not disappoint! We’ll be back!

Great condo and perfect location!

We rented this condo for our kids senior year spring break. It was a perfect location with easy access to the beach, some restaurants and shopping. The owner provided clear instructions about the condo, how to access the property, the beach and great advice on places to shop and eat. The condo was clean and neat, exactly like the pictures. The owner provided all the amenities we needed for our visits to the beach. Any time I had questions he responded quickly. All around wonderful experience renting this condo!

Great Location

1st time family trip to Siesta Key and we had a blast. The host was very helpful and accommodating. Location was perfect on the more calm end of Siesta Key. Easy beach access and unit had a beach cart along with some toys for the kids. Ground floor unit is a must in my opinion when traveling with small children. The couch was pretty worn but overall the unit was great for a vacation rental. Would recommend to anyone looking to vacation in Siesta Key.

Great location to enjoy the beach as well as the bay, clean and comfortable. Easy access to the private beach and short bike ride from the village. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful community

We spent a very enjoyable week at this unit in lovely Midnight Cove II. Owner is very attentive and responsive. Loved the morning sun on the screened-in lanai, short walk to a waterway observation deck, and easy access to the beach (really appreciate the flashing light crosswalk). Unit could use some upgrades (especially couch and beach chairs) but overall it was well appointed for a fun week in the sun.

Great Time Away

We so enjoyed our 9 days away! The location was perfect! The trolley and free ride guys (tips only) was great! No rental car needed! The beach across the street was my husband and my favorite spot! The kids loved the heated pool! They were in it everyday! Tim was great and very helpful through the entire trip! Took us to a great fishing spot, picked us up and dropped us off outside our back door in the bay on his boat. The kids adored him! We were able to grill out each night and met many other great guests and a few "snowbirds" who were eager to give some of the best suggestions of places in the area! We hope to go back someday for sure!

Siesta key

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The tennis courts were right outside our door, played every morning with the kids :) The pool is large and heated with a nice view of the marina. Siesta key is just beautiful, the beach is a short walk across the street. The owner was awesome, had everything there and made sure we had a great stay !! Definitely recommend staying here , we will be back :)

Great location on Siesta Key and the beach!

Midnight Cove 11 is a great property across from the beach on Siesta Key. It's walking distance to fun restaurants & bars, boating options, and easy to get on and off the bridge which is always busy & crowded. There is a private deeded beach that offers plenty of space for hanging out. The unit is cozy and great and on first floor! Heated pool which was nice as the ocean is not warmed up yet in mid-February!! We hope to have the option to come back next year for 2 weeks. Thanks, Tim!

Midnight Cove II condo

We enjoyed staying at this comfortable, two-bedroom condo. Tim is an excellent host, and went out of his way to immediately address and resolve some minor check-in issues. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and is comfortably furnished, including the kitchen (a plus for us!). Tim made excellent restaurant suggestions, and the free trolley makes getting up to the Siesta Key business district very easy and stress-free (parking can be a problem there). The beach is a 5 minute walk away (across the street) and the on-site pool is also very very nice. One minor issue to be aware of; there can be a lot of traffic noise from the causeway, which is close by. It wasn't a problem when the doors to the screened-in porch were closed, and we didn't notice the noise at night. But if you're noise sensitive, be aware that the traffic is almost always in the background (with the sliding glass doors open). We had a great week at Tim's condo, he was communicative and responsive, and Siesta Key was lovely. Highly reccomended! We'll be back!

Beautiful!

My family and I made our first trip to Siesta Key Beach last week. It is absolutely gorgeous. Tim, the owner of our rental, was a breeze to work with. He was quick to answer my questions/concerns. The condo grounds are beautiful and serene. I loved sitting on the benches beside the intercoastal waterway, especially of the morning. We were close to everything, but yet far enough away that it didn't seem like a tourist area. We enjoyed taking the trolley into the village. The fireworks on the beach on July 4th were beautiful. Thank you Tim for making our vacation so enjoyable.
