You will have the top two floors (2500 square feet) with front entrance, circle drive, gated entrance, plenty of boat and trailer parking, covered storage, peace & privacy. Walk to the lake or the store. You can hunt on my property and the Public Hunting surrounding it. Enjoy the large kitchen with breakfast bar, three large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Master on top floor has a large king, full bath & 3 closets. Guest room across hall has two twin beds, full bath & two closets. Guest room on main floor (former full dining room) has a queen sofa bed with bathroom across hall. This room can also be used as a bonus hang out room. Spacious family room on main has a double size sofa bed & large comfy sectional. Additionally you will have a laundry room, full kitchen, dining room, fun bar room, back deck, front porch, plenty of room on the front property for parking vehicles and boats. . Huge front yard for archery practice, playing ball, or just hang out on the front porch and enjoy the peace and quiet. Enjoy the fire pit area, walk down to the lake or into the woods for hunting or just down the drive to the store. I am renting out my top two floors, approximately 2500 sq feet. The full walkout basement is my personal residence.
