Please come enjoy our gorgeous ski condo in the heart of Summit County. It is a short drive to Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. This condo can easily sleep 4 using the bedroom, the Murphy Bed and the memory foam sleeper sofa. It is conveniently located near the clubhouse where you can enjoy pool, ping pong, air hockey, a pool and a hot tub.

High speed WiFi and cable are provided in the living room and the bedroom as well as books and DVDs for the whole family. There is a Nintendo 64 in the condo with four controllers and many games.We keep bikes on the balcony that are free to use with a signed liability waiver.
There are two parking spaces. One is assigned and one is guest parking.
As in most of Summit County, there is no air conditioning at our listing. With the cool mountain air, it just isn't necessary.
We also provide a futon, but don't have it listed as a bed. If you would like to sleep on the futon, you're more than welcome to. Please just bring your own full size set of sheets. We do not provide them in an effort to keep our cleaning fee as low as possible and as not to charge guests who have no use for it. If you're flying in and can't provide your own, please just let us know and we will provide for a small fee.

Guests will have full and private access to the condo. The clubhouse containing the pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table and air hockey table is a shared space. The outdoor tennis courts, basketball courts and playground is also a shared space.

Condo is a ten minute drive to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 15 minutes to Breckenridge or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Loveland, 30 minutes to Vail and 45 minutes to Beaver Creek. It is also a short bus ride to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain.
Lake Dillon and Lake Dillon Amphitheater are also a short drive or bus ride away. In the summer, you can rent boats and see free concerts.
Grocery stores, restaurants and a movie theater are all conveniently located in Dillon which is either a short drive or a walk away. Please see the Guidebook for recommendations. Please see our guidebook and insta @dillonvalleycondo

The location is right off I70 so everything is a short drive away. There is also a free bus that stops a short walk away. Lyfts and Ubers are also available.

Parking for one car is available in spot #206 directly in front of the door to the condo. There is also ample visitor parking along the other end of the lot for one more car. A parking pass will be available for one car for your stay and this can be picked up at the clubhouse.
