Your Safety is our #1 Concern! My 2nd Home, LLC was founded by a previous General Manager of a Wyndham Resort. She brought her extensive knowledge through years of training on customer safety to this business. The staff at My 2nd Home, LLC is always putting our guest's safety at the top of the list of priorities. We start by providing professionally laundered linens through American Linen Supply Company (ALSCO). This assures your sheets, towels, bathmats, etc. have been cleaned using commercial machines with boilers and commercial grade cleaners which kill more germs than a home washer/dryer can do. We also make sure every surface of the home is wiped down with commercial cleaners with bleach, paying special attention to items such as remote controls, doorknobs, cupboard handles, and anything within the home which are touched by hands on a regular basis. We provide single use products rather than large bottles of shampoos, soaps, etc. which have been used by previous guests. Our goal is for our guests to have a safe, enjoyable time staying at a My 2nd Home property, knowing that the home they are staying in has been cared for and cleaned by the best in the business.

The worst place I have stayed
I can say a lot, but let me be quick, we arrived at 6:15 pm, the house was not be clean, and it smelled so bad, the internet wasn't working, we have to drive far away to get internet, the host told us they were going to send someone to clean, just one person for a 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the person arrived at 9:30 pm, he finished at 12:30 am, we have to be outside with the cold, my mom is 79 yrs old, and have to endure this horrible experience. We should be reimburse for 1 day since we didn't enter the house until the next day, but as I read the previous review I don't think we are going to get any reimburse. I don't know if it was the host or the property management but for your on good stay away from this house.

Fishing Trip
Five of us guys each had our own bedroom. Had all of our meals at the cabin. The boat rental was only minutes away. Very pleasant.

Everything went wrong with this stay
If you’ve ever been to the area you know there’s no service. When arriving at 4 o’clock (check in time) the code to get in was wrong. We tried to connect to the internet and the password was wrong. Luckily we had family near by so we could use there internet to contact the company. Not sure what others would have done. When we finally got into the house 30/40 mins later the house was disgusting! Nobody had been by to clean it. We got ahold of the company and they said someone would be by to come clean it. At 6 o’clock at this point they came to come clean it. They stated it wasn’t on the books although we booked this place 6 months in advance. They stated it would be two hours of cleaning before we could get in. We had a disabled family member staying with us and she needed to have a place to get comfortable. We went back at 8 to a clean cabin. We asked what they would do for the bad service and they never responded. The cabin smelled like sewage for a week. Then one day without any notice a man showed up unannounced to tell us he was fixing the code to the door. He’s lucky he wasn’t met with a weapon doing so. Just a terrible experience. Still no compensation for the 4 hours of crazy we had to deal with. Don’t stay here find a better place.

I've stayed at a few other My2ndHome properties in Panguitch and all have been good with one or two small issues. This cabin was great and spacious for the amount of guys I had on this fishing trip. Our only issues were, the lock code was wrong due to the electronic lock being offline but Pam fixed that ASAP (problem is, in Panguitch there's no cellular reception, so I drove many miles to be able to do that). Maybe the WiFi code can also be given prior to arrival for WiFi Calling in case this happens to someone else. Second issue is that the DSL Modem/WiFi mysteriously dies between 9pm-6am. Not that we were there to watch TV, but the NBA and NHL Finals were playing and luckily we did get to see the games but internet cut out at the end.

Here at My 2nd Home LLC, Vacation Rental management, we understand what makes a vacation home right for our guests. We make it our business to find vacation rentals of the highest standard that go above and beyond our guest's expectations. By providing the finest in vacation rentals we can ensure that our guest's vacation is a success no matter which property they decide to stay in.

With over 18 years of personal Wyndham management, including general management, experience, and over 100 years with My 2nd Home's management team in place, we know what it takes to run a successful vacation rental management company. Providing quality homes, cleaned by quality employees, and providing quality customer and concierge service is what sets us apart from the rest. Whether you are renting with us or putting your rental in our hands as an owner you can be sure that you are working with the best.

Ty and Pam owned timeshares, and Pam was the general manager of a Wyndham timeshare resort while Ty owned and operated multiple quick lubes. But years ago they realized their timeshare quarterly fees just kept growing while usage of their timeshare kept shrinking due to the fact that the timeshares were rarely located in places they needed to travel for family events, etc. They hated using hotels/motels after being spoiled with the comforts of a timeshare, so they searched for a better option and started using marketing sites such as Airbnb and VRBO to rent vacation rentals. They soon discovered they could have the quality of a time share in locations wherever they needed, and not have to pay quarterly dues! So they sold their time shares, and over time, when it was time for Pam to take on a more regional role within the resort she managed, she decided she did not want to live the next several years in airports and cities nationwide with grandchildren close to home, so she and Ty decided to start their own business managing vacation rentals.

With Pam's experience in hospitality, the business has grown in leaps and bounds. They soon discovered that most vacation rental management companies come from a real estate background and have no knowledge of what it takes to operate a hospitality business. Pam knows that regulations to the vacation rental business are coming soon, so she insists on being ahead of the curve. This is why they have contracted with ALSCO for professionally leased and laundered linens. While most vacation rentals rely on their in-home washers and dryers, Pam knows from her training that only commercial washers reach temperatures hot enough to kill bacterias which can be brought into a rental home from guests traveling from anywhere in the world. Ty and Pam also discovered other management companies as well as personally managed properties allow various cleaning chemicals to be stored under cupboards or closets where children can easily reach, leaving the property owner with an unecessary liability. As they began to manage homes which had previously been managed by other nightly rental management companies, they realized quickly that very few management companies had preventative maintenance programs in place, which Pam knows the importance of, to ensure the best condition of the property. Pam says, "Each property must have a baseline of cleanliness that must be brought back to after each guest stay. Straying from that baseline can cause long-term issues with a home that is unacceptable in hospitality standards and
