This newly remodeled and freshly furnished cottage is the perfect beach front get away! Enjoy the unique experience of being directly on the sand, in a private gated community and away from crowds, yet still close to downtown Dana Point, Laguna Beach and San Clemente. This cozy single level home is part of a side by side duplex, which can also be rented and is a great option for extended family or groups of friends. Come experience all that Beach Road has to offer!

There is always something to do at the beach! Swimming, surfing, body boarding and playing in the sand are all steps from the home. Fall in love with our pleasant and homey cottage as you enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and listen to the crashing waves. This is the perfect place to relax, recharge, make amazing memories, and even spot a pod of dolphins!

After a day of fun in the sun, enjoy close access to the popular seaside cities of Dana Point and San Clemente. There you will have access to lots of restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and the Dana Point Harbor. This location is perfect for day trips to San Diego Zoo, Mission San Juan Capistrano, and Disneyland. See below for details regarding the space.

Kitchen- Fully equipped and stocked kitchen including a gas 6 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker.

AC/Heat: Unit has heating and no AC, like most of the rentals on Beach Rd

Exterior:
Private patio with steps down to the sand and ocean. It is equipped with a comfy outdoor sofa, two seats, a BBQ and umbrella.

There is a second private patio off the rear bedrooms with seating.

The carport offers parking for 1 vehicle for this unit. Additional vehicles/guests need to park outside of the gates and either walk or be shuttled in.

What you should know:
Amtrack runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd & Pacific Coast Hwy. There will be train noise periodically.

Amazing location!

As tempting as it may be to post a dissuading comment to keep some dates open here for our future stays :), we must say this location is the one of the most amazing we have been in. Management was great in communicating and responsive to questions. The price was reasonable and the ocean being your backyard is unreal. Pet friendly was a plus for us and everything inside was in great condition. The sunsets are worth the price and bbq on the deck with a comfy bed and warm shower is a simply a bonus. Look no further if you find an open date here and leave it better than you found it. Enjoy!

Great location!

Chris was great to deal with and very responsive during our booking, check in, stay and check out. Great location on the beach and plenty of space for my group. Well stocked kitchen. I’d stay again the next time I’m in town!

Golf trip

Great location. Easy access to highways and restaurants. 2 adult males on a golf trip stayed for 4 days and we had a wonderful stay and time.

OUTSTANDING!

We had to leave our home due to a roof leak and Chris got us in right away. He worked with our insurance company to get us in as quickly as possible. We feel right at home here as we are San Clemente residents and are close to our kids schools. Without the work Chris did with our insurance company we would have been put in some house far away from our kids schools. We are here for a few months and are so happy! Our dog loves the beach and the majority of our family group chats are of us enjoying this beautiful beach house and the beach! Thank you Chris! We love it here! Nan
