Wonderful property
This property is well thought out and a delight to stay at. The location is great for access to the ski resorts and would be exceptional, for the lake, in summer. Shout out to the owners for a job well done! My only small criticism, is with the Management company. While we received our information in a timely manner, we were given some misleading details. Our check in email gave a code for the garage and the exterior building door, with instructions to park outside only, in spot 101, or or the street. As there was snow everywhere, we had no idea which spot was 101 so we parked on the street. Now…this is on us for not paying closer attention. We did park on the street, in front of the building, and didn’t give a second thought to paying attention, to signage. Two days later, we received a parking ticket. Overnight parking, in front of the building, is prohibited between 2:00 am - 7:00 am. Given the mystery of where parking spot 101 was, a preemptive warning from the property management company, in the contact details, would be an appreciated customer service step. Once we got inside the building, the code to the suite didn’t work. My husband and I each took turns entering it, to no avail. A frantic search through emails, to locate a telephone number for the property company, and we discovered someone had texted me with a 5 digit code and not the correct 4 digit code. Fortunately we were not checking in, long after business hours. Once inside, all was well. Great suite!!
