• Let me know if the room temperature is not comfortable. I can adjust it accordingly. The wall ceramic heater is very efficient and quiet. Feel free to turn it on even in summer. Please turn it off before you checkout.

Home away from home

We had an extended stay due to home renovations. The space was so comfortable and we were very pleased with the management help along the way with our last minute extensions. Will be using this space when family is visiting from out of town. Great place!

Great place to stay while visiting D.C.

Some of the other reviews mentioned cockroach problems, noisy upstairs neighbors, and the parking spot being stolen. We stayed there for over a week and didn't have any of those experiences. It's a safe neighborhood pretty near to the police station and the metro station. We rented a car for half the trip and used public transportation for the other half visiting all sorts of tourist destinations and both methods are perfectly easy while staying here.

Spacious basement apartment, Queen bed, 1 sofa, small kitchenette. AC control is in the main floor and kept to comfortable degree at all time. Panel heaters are wall mounted in case you like warmer temperatures. Let me know -day or night- your preferences and I will adjust it accordingly. I have remotely AC control access.

End unit townhouse basement apartment. Entrance, kitchen, bath and laundry are private. The place is really cute & space well used. Living RM has 1 couches and Papasan style chair with a cushion. Extra sheets are available upon request. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and griddle and induction single cooktop.
