Great location for Little Havana and Surrounding Area

This was my first Vrbo rental and overall this was a very pleasant stay. It's a great location for Little Havana which is a 5 minute walk, yet you're far enough away so noise isn't an issue. And you're close to all the main roads so getting around is easy (except for the Miami traffic). Having two bathrooms was nice and we spent several nights sitting outside in the walled in patio. The only glitch in the stay was we lost hot water Thursday night and didn't get it back before we left Saturday morning. I don't think it was an easy fix because it wasn't that the water was not hot, there was not water coming out of the hot water tap. Fortunately we had friends at another location nearby and we were able to use their shower. Problems happen, Maria was trying to get it fixed, so I'm not going to downgrade my rating for it. I would stay here again.

Why they chose this property

I choose this neighborhood because is located in the center of all the principal places to visit in Miami, Calle 8 is 10 minutes walking, Brickell is 5 minutes by car, Wynwood is 8 minutes by car, and South Beach 20 minutes away. In Calle 8 you can find variety of super markets and local markets, restaurants for quick lunch and also nice restaurants for a romantic or fun dinner. The cuisines are from different cultures, Cuban, Caribbean, Asian, Colombian, and many more. Pharmacies such as Walgreens and CVS are very close by. The house is located close enough to walk to all of that stores and restaurants but far enough to be totally away from the noise. Is a quiet neighborhood perfect for a great sleep.

What makes this property unique

The private patio with garden is a plus that is not found all the time at the houses offered in the market which are mostly apartments where no actual nature is present. In this patio BBQs 🍖 can be prepared and you can sit down and relax at any time. The neighborhood is very quiet and the space for parking is always available. Last but not least, it’s centrally located making it very convenient to move around the area with a short time drive.
