SPECTACULAR, LAYERED, LONG RANGE MOUNTAIN VIEWS!



Enjoy our brand new to market, beautifully furnished cabin in the mountains of north Georgia. Located halfway between Ellijay and Blue Ridge, "Hawk's Perch" is nestled on a wooded hillside in the Buckhorn area, complete with a gorgeous long-range view and a brand new hot tub with massaging jets galore! The all paved access is smooth, safe and quick. This thoughtfully designed cabin is situated in the perfect location, being private yet only 12 minutes from both Ellijay and Blue Ridge. No long, bumpy drives here!



Our recently built 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom cabin is fully furnished and features three floors and four levels of decks allowing you to enjoy the long-range views and the stunning vistas that the mountains of north Georgia offer.



PARKING is in front of the cabin and is large and easily accessed from the paved road. There is ample room to park multiple cars.



MAIN FLOOR - Kitchen, dining, common area, TV, fireplace, access to deck 3, king bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with the sink and toilet accessible from the main common area hallway. Closet with washer/dryer on this floor.



UPPER FLOOR - stairs lead to a partially walled loft area with king bed and en-suite bathroom. A queen sized pull-out sofa bed is in the upper loft as well. Access from here to the deck 4 balcony.



LOWER FLOOR - stairs lead into the downstairs common area. This floor is home to a large bedroom with two queen beds. Downstairs bathroom is a full bath with access from the main common area. A wet bar with mini-fridge. A queen sized pull-out sofa bed is in the downstairs common area.



FIREPIT - Stairs lead down from deck 1 to a stone-wrapped, private, wooded, firepit area. The BREEO insert is complete with cooking grate for those evenings with hot dogs or burgers cooked over an open fire.



DECK 1 - the lowest deck is home to our brand new 6 person hot tub. Accessed with stairs down from deck 2.



DECK 2 - is accessed from the downstairs common area. Here you'll find grandma and grandpa rockers, as well as a big swinging sofa to relax and enjoy the views or the night air.



DECK 3 - the main floor deck is where you'll find the gas operated bbq grill, outdoor sofa and chair convo area, and cafe style four-top table.



DECK 4 - this private balcony is accessible from the upstairs king suite loft. Two bistro style chairs with center table for drinks make it a cozy spot for two and the highest lookout point at Hawk's Perch.



The entire cabin has central heating and air, as well as a gas fireplace in the main floor common area. The downstairs common area also has an electric fireplace for ambiance and extra heat on winter nights. A tankless water heater keeps up with guest bath needs.



Hawk's Perch is designed for multi-space, multi-function relaxation and entertainment. Relax by the outdoor firepit area, soak in the hot tub, or share a meal and drinks on the main deck. Maybe compete for high score on our classic arcade game in the downstairs common area.



Amenities inside the cabin include a gas fireplace, Wi-Fi internet, TV in main common areas, TVs in all bedrooms, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen. We provide a dvd player and full streaming TVs with cable service as well. In addition, you can take advantage of our dvd library of modern and classic movies. The downstairs common area has a wet bar with mini-fridge, sink and additional coffee-maker.



The cabin sleeps 8 adults comfortably and we do provide a pack-n-play travel crib if needed.



The beautiful modern KITCHEN features quartz waterfall countertops, stainless steel appliances, commercial gas stove, and Schrock cabinetry. It is amply stocked with a great assortment of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and is open to the common area to visit while you cook!



Comfortable beds with new mattresses, lots of pillows, bedding and blankets to spare:



Smart TVs with Wi-Fi and cable TV packages - all streaming. 55” Smart TV in the main floor common area, 65” Smart TV in the downstairs common area + DVD Player, 60” Smart TV in Bedroom 1, 50” Smart TV in Bedroom 2, 50” Smart TV in Bedroom 3.



OUTSIDE, enjoy all that nature has to offer with the surrounding Chattahoochee National Forest and the beautiful long-range views that Hawk's Perch offers.



The outdoor activities are endless in the north Georgia mountains where Hiking, Kayaking, Tubing, White Water Rafting, Paddle Boarding, Horseback Riding, and Zip-lining are all right at your fingertips. You can also visit the Waterfalls, Hike to a Swinging Bridge, or take a more relaxed approach and enjoy a great meal at one of the many wonderful restaurants located in the area. Don’t forget to take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, be entertained at the Big Foot Museum or step back in time at the local Swan Drive-in Theatre. And of course Mercier Orchards is a must. There is something for everyone in the mountains!



Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED in the CABIN or on the decks.



We ARE Pet-Friendly! DOGS are allowed (1 or 2 dogs under 50 lbs ) with a single pet fee of $75 per stay.



NOTE: We have installed a secure coded front door lock, with a new entry code provided for every guest stay - for your security and to provide easy contactless check-in/check-out. A Ring Doorbell is also installed at the front door for security purposes, and as part of the neighborhood critter and bear watch.
