This newly renovated bright studio is conveniently located within 10 minutes to LAX and only 7 blocks from the beach!

It has its own private entrance & parking, Tempur-Pedic queen size bed, sofa, reading chair, dedicated workspace, Smart TV, private balcony with furniture, BBQ and shared backyard and outdoor shower. Kitchenette equipped with all cooking basics, central heating/air and utilities. The washer and dryer are located in the garage for easy access.

With a beach cruiser available in garage, it is only a beautiful 2 min. bike ride to the beach and a 7 min ride to downtown.
You can enjoy a short 7 min walk to the beach and a 25 min walk to the downtown area.

The unit comes with one parking space, but there is ample parking in front of the main house for guests.

This is a great escape for traveling professionals or a beach getaway!

**Please note that this loft has stairs leading up to private entrance.
