You will fall in love with the views and the open layout of this 15th floor condo. An incredible 2 BR unit with amazing ocean views The balcony stretches from the family room all the way to the master BR. Enjoy dining outside with sweeping ocean views from the table while you cook dinner on the electric grill located on the balcony. Enjoy sunrises with incredible views from the balcony, the master bedroom and the family room. The master bedroom boasts an incredible direct oceanfront view. The Kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It has all the amenities you would want including a Keurig, flat screen TVs and high speed internet. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a flat screen smart TV. The 2nd BR has a King bed. The Sherwin building has fantastic amenities including an enormous penthouse club room, a billiards room, sunroom library/game room, fitness center, a pool that is heated year round, hot tub, and sauna!
