Beautiful newly renovated studio with cozy vibe. Located on the top floor! 5 minutes to the ski slopes! Queen Murphy bed pulls down. Kitchenette has a medium sized fridge and oven. Can see Park City resort from the condo. Walking/biking trail across the street takes you to Old Town Park City/Main street, cafes, parks all within a 15-minute walk. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. FREE city-wide transit system. Relax in the pool and jacuzzi at the end of the day and enjoy the fire pit!

PARKING
We have a few parking lots that you may use. I have detailed where you can park in our aerial photos in the gallery. Prior to arrival we will send you more information detailing this.

During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well.

Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.

Nice local but ...
Apartment as expected except large outside bldg light, attached at the 4th floor level blinked on and off for about 20 minutes each hour. The blinds in the room did little to block this light which was made worse by the blinking. Need curtains. Saute pain should be disposed of due to condition. Plastic cups for use inhot tub would be appreciated.
