Outdated Property

As a fellow owner of rental properties - I hate to leave a bad review but I think here the expectations need to be reset. The house itself is ok and was clean but I would say the pictures are a few years old. The basketball hoop was broken and in the garage. There are only three full baths not four. The bedroom in basement has no windows (may technically not be a bedroom), gets no airflow and had a leak with some mold in ceiling. When we arrived the yard had not been tended in quite a long time. To the property manager's credit they did get someone out there the next day but that doesn't fix the fact the deck could fall apart any day. We tried to work with Owner and VRBO as the price paid clearly doesn't reflect the value of it but to no avail. Don't want anyone to make the same mistake we did.
