Only a few minutes walk to major downtown venues, sports arenas, hospitals, and restaurants. Or take the light rail and connect directly to the airport, Tempe, and Glendale. Perfect location for your business trip, convention, sporting event, or family vacation.

-Washer and Dryer available on site for stays of 3 nights or more

I prefer to give my guests privacy. Access is provided to the home via keypad.
