Located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix in the Garfield Historic District, this charming bungalow offers a quiet, cool retreat. Only a few minutes walk to major downtown venues, sports arenas, hospitals, and restaurants. Or take the light rail and connect directly to the airport, Tempe, and Glendale. Perfect location for your business trip, convention, sporting event, or family vacation.

This comfortable 2 bedroom house sleeps 6
Guests have access to the entire house and fenced backyard. Free off-street parking in driveway provided to guests.
High speed WiFi, Netflix, and HBO Max are provided
Guests have access to the entire premises. This includes:
-A full kitchen with cookware and dishes - Light cooking only
-Off street parking plus free on street parking.
-Washer and Dryer available on site for stays of 3 nights or more
I prefer to give my guests privacy. Access is provided to the home via keypad.
I am readily available should guests need anything to make their stay more comfortable or to provide recommendations on the area!!!
