About this property

Bring the boat and have your pool too. This nice vacation home is on a deep water canal just minutes away from Perdido Pass. Enjoy the pool in the back yard or just take a short 5 minute drive and be at the beach. This home is on highly desired Marina Rd and has two of the top restaurants and bars in the area right down the street. The boat launch is at the end of Marina Rd so drop your boat in the water and pull right up to your house. The upstairs features 3 bedrooms 2 baths with the master bedroom having a garden tub and separate shower and a Sofa Sleeper in the living room. The washer and dryer and another bathroom are downstairs. Sit under your covered patio or lay out around your own private pool while the kids fish off the dock. No grilling allowed on the property.

NO parking boat trailers in the grass!
Double boat slip can accommodate boat with a length of up to 40' and a width of 14'. Lift can not be used, boat must be launched at a different location.

Love it

The house was in great area, kids fished off back dock and loved it. Yes property is alittle dated and wasn't cleaned the best but we just went back over everything when we got there and cleaned it well. Only downside was the washer doesn't spin out clothes and dryer wouldn't dry as well.

Great place!

The property is great. We loved being on the canal. The house needs to be cleaned better. There was dirt and dust that could clearly be seen under the end tables and a plastic toy container was sticking out from under the couch. Also, there are no outlets in the master bath and no access to the downstairs bathroom without going outside. Lastly, there are not enough towels and wash rags provided. All that being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outdoor living space was wonderful and there was plenty of room to park our boat trailer. The pros definitely outweighed the cons.

Very nice

The property was very nice. But we would’ve liked to have more towels and cutlery. Also the washing machine Was broken when we arrived and was never fixed. Pool was very well maintained. Also the dishwasher smelled weird
