Escape the cold and enjoy the desert as it was meant to be in this fully furnished two 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit located just north of the famous Carefree Hwy. This retreat has all of the amenities with heated pool, hot tub, BBQ's and fitness center just a short walking distance from the front door. Beyond that, the local Safeway, Circle K, Starbucks, McDonald's, Wendy', Ace Hardware and CVS are minutes away by foot. This makes for a great seasonal winter getaway or a short term traveling career professional.

Stayed for 6 weeks. Unit was as described and very comfortable for us. Would return.

Located within minutes of everything the desert has to offer. Hiking, Biking, Lakes and Mountains.
Please note that this unit is on the second. There is no occupants beneath the unit, however it does sit above the neighbor's garages so there will be the occasional sound of the electric doors opening. 1/3 of the units in this complex are this way, so this is not an unusual situation.
