- Updated, spacious lake/waterfront home on Goodyear Lake.
- Conveniently located close to local baseball camps (Cooperstown All-Star Village and Dream Park, etc.), SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick College.
- Multiple large lake view decks and yard for games or campfires and lakeside deck and dock.
- Enjoy swimming, excellent fishing, and watersports. Row boat on site for guests.
- Away from it all, but close to all amenities!
- Beginning Fall 2023 property manager will be living in onsite apartment.

Excellent weekend getaway

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this lakefront home with amazing picturesque views! The house was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We even caught a few fish!
