Our one-bedroom spacious efficiency (622 sq ft) is a few steps from the pet-friendly white cap beach, on North Padre Island, The safest place in Corpus Christi.
So bring your
the whole family including your pets ( $50 per pet for the whole stay) and stroll to the beach anytime.
The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a daybed with two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa.
A Skylight to watch a big blue Texas sky and stars.
Enjoy the sounds of waves and the breeze from the ocean on our extensive patio. Imagine yourself in this paradise!
The space
1. We are a few steps from the white cap Beach parking lot.
Easier to walk than drive. Or do both.
Easy and quick access to the beach!
2. A 622 sq ft roomy studio (open access between living room and bedroom ) with a full kitchen and living room.
3. We are in a very quiet small alley. So very quiet.
4. We are on the second floor and no one is above us. No foot noise to worry about.
5. You and your guest can park right under our unit and anywhere on the premises.
6. Golf cart rental and beach bars and restaurants are confidently located near us.
Guest access
The pool and Gazebo are located behind the building and we don't need a key.
I put a BBQ pit in the pool area so feel free to use it anytime.
Other things to note
Please note that;
1. We are one-bedroom efficiency ( open access to the living room)
2. A second-floor unit( stairs to our unit)
3. Our pet fee is $50 for one pet and that is covered for the whole stay.
