Get a taste of true Florida indoor/outdoor living at this fully updated family-friendly home sitting right on a canal. The private dock and three provided kayaks make exploring by water a breeze, but if you’d rather stay dry, it’s under a mile to abundant shopping, dining, and grocery stores, including Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. The beach is a little over two miles away, and the hopping nightlife on E. Las Olas Blvd. is three miles south.

Start each day with coffee on your private, waterfront lanai while the kids play in the pool or you enjoy a soak in the pool spa. Inside, you’ll find a chic, renovated space boasting stylish furnishings, abundant natural light, and an open floor plan ideal for spending time together. Visiting chefs will adore the sleek, modern kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a Viking range, and tons of counter and cabinet space. Serve up family favorites at the large kitchen island, window-front dining table, or patio table out on the lanai. Pop the dishes in the dishwasher, then hop onto one of the provided bikes and head out to explore or just soak up the sunshine in a poolside chaise.

When you return from a day out, cool off in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer takes care of the day’s beach clothes. Entertainment options include four streaming-capable TVs and high-speed WiFi. End the night with a family barbecue on the gas grill, then tuck the kids in the bunk bed (two twin beds) before a late-night toast back out on the lanai to your good luck at booking the perfect sunny escape.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an active Ring doorbell camera at this home.

Dock details: The dock is about 55 feet long with a stationary ladder into the canal toward one end. The water is about 5 feet deep. There are no tie ropes. There are no other known restrictions.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
