This is one of the TWENTY apartments I rent through AIRBNB all around Colombia (check my profile to see my other accommodations in the country). This one is on the 10th floor of a building in CHAPINERO (Central location). It is VERY SPACIOUS and it has the best view of the city (The SUNSET will leave you speechless: MUST WATCH).

● MAIN AMENITIES: One MATRIMONIAL bed, 50 inches Samsung Smart TV, SPACE FOR WORK (Chair + BIG desk of 200cm to work confortable). Another matrimonial bed can be set for not extra cost if the booking is for 3 or 4 guests.

● SPACE FOR WORK: Includes executive chair that’s comfortable to work and a large desk with space for a laptop and work accessories. You can work with the best view of the city and you can plug an Ethernet cable directly to your laptop from the modem/router.

● ENTERTAINMENT: 50 Inches SMART TVs with over 100 HD channels + Netflix + Prime Video + HBO Max + Disney+ Paramount+ CLARO Video and high speed Internet (WIFI + Ethernet Cable can be set for 5 USD).

● KITCHEN: Fully stocked and equipped kitchen: Coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, blender, pans, cutlery and much more. Feel free to cook up!

● BONUS: 2 nightstands + blackout curtains for darker environment and big/spacious closet.

● EXTRA BED: We can bring a double/matrimonial bed, or an inflatable mattress for adults and/or a crib for infants if the booking is for 3 or 4 guests.

● CHECK-IN: If there's no other guest the previous night, you can arrive as early as you want for FREE (ask if early check-in is available).

● CHECK OUT: If there's no guest for the next night, you can leave as late as you want for FREE (ask if late check-out is available).

● SAFETY: The neighborhood is safe. Bogotá and Colombia are no longer those violent and dangerous places they used to be in the 80's and 90's, nevertheless, we strongly recommend you to avoid: 1) Use of your cellphone in dark streets; 2) the use big amounts of money in cash. (Same recommendations of any other big city in the world).

● SUPERMARKET/CONVENIENCE STORE: 3 of the biggest convenience stores of the country are located very near. A Colombian coffee shop named TOSTAO is literally in front of the building at the corner.

● MALL: SAN MARTÍN is one of the greatest Colombian malls and it is located at just 5 minutes (walking distance).

● HEALTH CARE: 24 hour pharmacy is literally next to the apartment. San Ignacio Hospital and Militar Hospital are very near (walking distance).

● RESTAURANTS: Hundreds of them are very close. LA MACARENA is the best gastronomical area of Bogotá and it is 5 minutes again form the apartment. You will find Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Thai, French, Colombian, etc.

● TOURISTIC PLACES: We recommend you to visit these touristic places: Monserrate, Gold Museum, National Museum, La Candelaria, Zona G (best restaurants of the city), Zona T (bars, pubs and restaurants) and 93 Park (family park with great restaurants and bars).

● WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER: Available as delivery service: We can pick up your clothes, wash it, dry it and deliver it back to you the next day for USD 15.

● GYM AND PARKING: Available as paid service a few blocks away from the accommodation.

● PORTABLE HEATER AND AIR CONDITIONER: Available at an extra price of 10 USD per week or 30 USD per month.

● AGE: Please note that the building was built about 20 years ago. You can expect the normal deterioration of a building in that period of time and that's one of the reasons why the price per night is so low. Besides that, be informed that you may find small damages in the furniture caused by previous guests. This is NOT a 5 stars hotel, it's a low cost apartment with excellent features and lots of amenities.

● FREE LEGAL AND PARTY ADVICE: Since I'm a lawyer and I also work on entertainment, you get unlimited legal advice regarding Colombian matters during booking and free tickets to go out in different bars/nightclubs close to the apartment.

✔ This apartment is 60% OFF because the last guest broke a little bit the shower's door and the bathroom floor. Is a minor aesthetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the bathroom at all. The insurance will fix it during January 2023.

✔ If you need baby or family accessories such as a cradle, ask for it with at least 48 hours anticipation.
