Welcome to our beautiful peaceful home centrally located in the heart of Akatlar. Close to the famous Akmerkez Mall. Situated on the 9th floor with an elevator! A newly decorated modern bright home with three bedrooms and one bathroom. An open spacious fully equipped kitchen and a lovely dining/living room area! Newly renovated to host six lucky guests during their Istanbul stay! The perfect home away from home. Comes with A/C, Wifi and Netflix.

- There is an overhead ceiling fan in the master bedroom
- There is 1 portable fan in the 2nd bedroom
- There is elevator in the building. Unit is on 9th floor

Penalties for Violations
-Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
-Lost keys incur a surcharge of 35USD
-Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 70USD

Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
-A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
-Airport transfers are available at an additional cost

In order to host guests at our homes we ask ALL GUESTS to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information for ALL GUESTS before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
We love the fact that our home is located in the heart of the city. Situated in such a magnificent quiet residential street. A peaceful pad in an energetic neighborhood. Close to fantastic restaurants, cafes and shopping malls. The beautiful Bosphorus is a 4 minute drive away and is truly breathtaking. The neighborhood is as modern Istanbul as you can find. It is safe, secure, clean and convenient for all guests.
Guests will be able to use the entire property during their stay. Access includes Cable TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances.
There is bus transportation and a cab stand just moments away from our home. The metro is in near proximity which gets you all around Istanbul in express time! Location wise, it's great for all types of attractions. There is free on street parking found on the street. From the airport, there are yellow cabs, shuttles and buses that get you into the city. I would gladly help coordinate transportation if necessary.
