Great Stay Group of Family & Friends

We rented this property for graduation. It was just what we were looking for. Four bedrooms with three full bathrooms was perfect for the four families staying the night. We would stay in one place night & morning maximizing our family time together. The kitchen was great for serving food with a spacious living room for hanging out & playing games together. The house was less than a mile from a grocery store, two pharmacies, and Ross/Marshall's store for forgotten clothes items. The space was clean and equipped with most everything needed for hosting meals. The host was very responsive in her communication.

This was a wonderful house for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Lots of space for the grandkids to run around and even a nice room for our daughters to serenade us with their quartet music. Would stay here again in the future.

Weekend stay

We rented the house for a weekend stay with two other families. The communication with the home owner was outstanding from the very beginning. They would respond within minutes. The house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The teenaged enjoyed having their own room to hang out in. Highly recommend.

Great place for groups!

We loved our stay here! The host was easy to communicate with, plenty of parking and very close to campus. Our group loved the great location and having plenty of space! Would love to book another stay next time we’re visiting!

We live in College Station with our two boys and are both Aggies, class of 2016 (whoop!). We love our city, are very involved with our local church, and enjoy hanging out with our friends and chasing our two littles around in our not so spare time.

Why they chose this property

We actually lived in this home before we began short term renting, and we absolutely love this space! It was perfect for our growing family, and we are so excited to be able to share it with others now!
