Rent a kayak and indulge in the beauty of the crystal clear water, unmatched natural beauty and wildlife. Experience all this in a short 5-mile trip! Visit the famous Clearwater Beach, chairs and cooler are provided for your use. After a day of adventures, comfortably rest on a king, plush bed. 1 pet, under 30 pounds allowed with fee.

Your unit is on the right side of my home. Entrance is shown in photos. Your private entrance is in the back through the pools screen enclosure.

You have Private use of the backyard, back patio, pool, and suite.

Parking is available in the driveway. (Right side)

One bedroom with King bed, one bath. A twin rollaway bed is also available. Walk in closet with hangers and a dresser.

The kitchenette offers a sink, refrigerator, Keurig, drip coffee maker, microwave, hot plate, blender, toaster oven, and more.

Guests booked 7 days or longer will have access to wash a load of laundry in owners main home.

• Only one pet is permitted during stay and must be under 30 pounds. Pet fee applies. Please pick up waste. A pet crate is available if needed.

• Trash pick up is Tuesday and Friday. Please place bags of trash in blue trash can provided by the suites entrance. We will make sure it gets out front to be picked up.

• Swim at your own risk, and you agree not to hold the host liable for use of the pool. If the temperature is 60 degrees or below the pool heater will not be turned on.

• We also have a fur baby that is 15. You may occasionally hear her if she gets excited or spooked.

• As always, we suggest you get travelers insurance and review our cancellation policy. Also picture of photo ID is required as no profile photo is viewable on the platform.

• Refunds will not be given for things out of my control, ex, weather, Internet, pool heater, and malfunctions.

• Ring Doorbell is located at the MAIN HOME'S Front door entrance. Also ring camera at front of main home for driveway.
