This gorgeous 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath spacious, bright condo located in the beautifully maintained association of Whitney Beach on Longboat Key. You can have it all- Gulf and Bay access! Beach is right across the street and view of the canal from the living room. Natural light floods the open floor plan, which features a breakfast bar, dining area with bar area, living room and lanai with sliding glass doors that open completely for amazing fresh air. Unit comes completely stocked with all pots/pans, sheets, utensils, towels, bedding, 3 TVs - one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Utilities included in rent along with 1 Gig internet and cable with the movie Channels. Washer and dryer in unit! Tennis courts, pickleball, 2 pools, BBQ grill, shuffleboard. Never drag a lounger to the beach again- they are supplied by the Association! Walking distance to many restaurants / bars, this location is PRIME! 30 day minimum rental, must complete background and credit check with HOA, extended stay discounts, please inquiry. Unit is on the second floor. Prefer 90 day rental for January - March. Security Deposit required.

Great location on beautiful Longboat

We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet, well-kept condo unit. The pool was great, the grounds well-kept, and residents very friendly. The only shortcomings we experienced: the need for a step-stool for those high cupboards, a damaged shelf in the frig, and the need for a light mop and broom for the occasional spill. The owner was quickly responsive and helpful about any of our concerns or questions.

Gorgeous Location and Comfortable Condo

One of the Prettiest Islands in Florida in our opinion :) We had a couple of incidents, refrigerator shelf malfunction and loss of internet right before the Super Bowl but Tara handled these in a timely manor. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen nicely supplied except for step stool to reach top shelves in cabinets!! Very nice dishes and cooking pans, except dishes are extremely heavy. Nice to be able to open sliders for breeze through the condo on most days. Everyone we met was very friendly, mostly snowbirds renting from 1-3 months. The grounds at Whitney Beach Condominiums are spectacular, very well kept. The pool too was beautiful as well as heated. Beach also one of the most beautiful we have seen in Florida, including chairs and lounges on the beach, so no need to carry chairs to the beach. Pure white sand on the beach made for gorgeous sunset pictures every night. Temperature in the mid 70's to low 80's all of February. If headed to Anna Maria Island you needed to go before 2 PM to avoid traffic backups. Had excellent dinners at The Shore, Mar Vista and the Lazy Lobster. Also a great happy hour at Chart House. The largest Oysters on the half shell ever at Anna Maria Oyster Bar (my husband's favorite) :) Would come back again!!
