2201 cottages

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good, we were told we would be right next door to our family and it was 4 condos in between. The unit needs updating and dishwasher needs to be replaced. We had ants on counter so needs to be sprayed. At the end of the day we were at the beach so it was good.

Beach Cottages at Indian Shores is a beautiful place to relax in the sun .

The property has every thing you could possibly need . Condo clean. Close to several restaurants. Not far from Clearwater, John’s Pass, St. Petersburg. We will be back next year .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a condo in Beach 🏖️ Cottages I and II. It was a great three weeks! Our condo had a well equipped kitchen for the days we ate in. It was a great location for shopping, activities, and more. The weather was great! Beach was great! Overall a wonderful vacation!!

Love Indian Shores and Beach Cottage!

Would not rent from property management again! Lady was very rude and made us Wait until 3:30pm to get our keys! Went there 4 times and called 3 times( every time the lady looked at the clock and said come back in an hour) I had called 3 days before arrival and was told if we get there early we could check in. We had another condo rented from the owner that was ready when we arrived (12:30) we finally walked to this condo (same complex) , door locked no cleaners there so we called and we’re told “oh we forgot to let you know it was ready” Lady at desk also told me “ we don’t have to give you the keys until 4:00pm!” She darn sure about made us wait that long!!
