This 3-story home is ready to welcome your family with room for everyone! Upon driving to the property, you will appreciate the beautiful waterfront community of Manchester where you are surrounded by water views and unbeatable views of Seattle!

Entering the property on the main level you will be greeted by a beautifully furnished living room with views of the Puget Sound, a cozy gas fireplace, one of a kind local artwork, and seating for everyone around the dining room table! The kitchen is well stocked from an abundance of dishes, utensils, basic small appliances, and everything you should need for standard meal prep! Enjoy high end appliances including a gas stove and double oven. Off of the Kitchen you will find a well appointed deck holding a BBQ, outdoor dining table, and pub style table to enjoy the landscapes of Manchester and views of the water. The main level also holds a laundry room and half bathroom.

From the main floor, you will take a flight of stairs up to the upper level to find two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Bedroom #1 holds a queen bed and twin trundle bed (2 twins), a large tv, dresser, walk in closet, and water views! Across the hall holds a full bathroom and bedroom #2 featuring a double bed and office workspace with printer.
From the main floor, you can also take a flight of stairs down to lead to a large private bedroom holding a queen bed, TV, and abundance of dresser space. Also included in the downstairs space is a bunk bedroom with two twin beds, and a game room with darts, foosball, and arcade games!

Head outside and you will be treated to a beautiful name brand Jacuzzi Hot Tub seating up to 8, a propane fire pit with comfortable patio seating, and beautiful landscaped backyard!

Location is just a quick walk to Pomeroy Waterfront Park for beach access. Quick drive to the Southworth to Seattle Ferry Terminal, Manchester State Park, Downtown Port Orchard, and much more!
