Enjoy retreating into a tasteful, renovated Florida condo on the 15th floor with a beautiful view of the Gulf and Choctawhatchee Bay! You will fall in love with this location right on the beach and within 10 miles of wonderful family-friendly attractions, which include Topsail Hill Preserve State Park Gregory E. Moore, Club LA, Henderson Beach State Park, The Track - Destin, Baytowne Adventure Zone, and Coffeen Nature Preserve.

You will fall in love with this incredible penthouse condo! Take in impeccable views from the living room's sectional couch, the main bedroom, or out on the private furnished balcony! Everyone can come together to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. The private washer/dryer means no running out of clean bathing suits. For added benefit, both bedrooms feature a ceiling fan and TV. Central air-conditioning will keep everyone comfortable throughout your stay. When you are ready to venture out, you and your beloved group can enjoy access to private tennis, shuffleboard and basketball courts, shared heated pools (indoor and outdoor), a shared hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness room! You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.

Top floor with larger patio than most and still a great view. They had beach chairs which was nice to be able to carry down with us. Very spacious. 10 out of 10 recommend.

WEEKEND GETAWAY
Overall a great experience. Had issue with door lock entry system. Batteries in the unit died. Left us stranded outside for 2 hours waiting for someone to come and fix it. After several calls and endless time being left on hold and 2 hours later we made entry into the rental unit. Thanks to Tony from maintenance coming out and handling the whole situation.

Million dollar view
I absolutely loved this place! The balcony alone was worth the visit. It had a beautiful view of the gorgeous white sand and Gulf. I loved coffee on the deck and the spectacular fireworks display next door on Saturday night. It was a short walk to the pool and the beach. The sand is so soft and it never felt hot. It was walking distance to some fun restaurants and a short drive to a great shopping area and golf course. I highly recommend this place!
