Modern and Clean

I rented for a month and really enjoyed my stay. The condo was very clean, modern and quiet. The kitchen has premium appliances and all of the dinnerware and cooking utensils a person would need. Within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Also has a pool but was not accessible during my stay due to maintenance. I would recommend.

Excellent location for Senior Citizens

This property was an outstanding choice for us. First floor access and many handicap options were included. The hosts are beyond wonderful. The place was very “homey” and great for visiting with family and friends. So many extra areas within the unit to read or meditate. Wonderful kitchen area. Nothing (and I mean nothing) in the place looked tattered or worn and was very very clean. We will definitely stay here again. The location was wonderful – close to Walmart and Costco and many many places to eat. The gated community was a nice asset to make us feel safe. Traffic in this area is minimal making it easy to get around. Great place to vacate or to work as a stayover. (There was WIFI and desk area to work.)

Newly renovated condo in Arcadia neighborhood

This condo had been recently renovated and had everything in it you might need. It was beautifully appointed, clean and in a nice neighborhood. It was also close to just about anything you might need: Whole Foods, the Biltmore Fashion Mall with lots of restaurants, Target, Walmart, gas stations, the 202 freeway which makes getting around Phoenix easy. We felt lucky to have found such a wonderful place to stay.

We love food, adventure and travel. We can make recommendations about restaurants, favorite grocery spots and places to get outside.

Why they chose this property

This condo is one of our favorites, as it is easy to get to in town and easy to settle into. The community is small and quiet and the finishes in the condo are detailed and clean, making for a cozy place to work, rest or get ready for the world outside.

My partner, Nils, is Scandinavian so we particularly appreciate simplicity and coziness, often referred to as "hygge."

What makes this property unique

This unit is especially suited for indoor-outdoor living as it is bright, but also shaded from the heat of the sun and has marvelous double patios. There are three sets of french doors, which make it easy to let the breeze in to appreciate our gorgeous Arizona weather.

The neighborhood is green and beautiful and the pool is perfect for our warm summer days.
