A BEAUTIFUL VILLA on EMERALD ISLAND (3nights required) This beautifully furnished 5 bed, 3 bath, luxury pool/spa villa is located on the exclusive resort of EMERALD ISLAND, Kissimmee, 2 miles and 5 minutes from Disney World. A dramatic palm tree lined boulevard, past lakes with fountains and sculptured dolphins, leads to the gated entrance which is manned 24 hours a day for your absolute security. Guests have full use of the Lakeside Clubhouse, which features air conditioned fitness center, lounge with wide screen TV, Internet Cafe with free high speed internet access, Games Room, and Sauna. There is also a children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball court, and nature trails safely located within conservation areas. A concierge service is also located in the clubhouse, which is soon to be equipped with a sundry shop. Exactly what we needed!

This property was excellent overall. A few quirks with the house (like the kitchen sink was hooked up backwards - hot was cold and cold was hot) but nothing that ruined the vacation. We were gone most of the day so we didn't need much. The fridge and microwave worked, the double toaster only worked on one side, the coffee pot was in good shape. We took full advantage of the hot tub after full days at the parks and the kids loved the pool. Decent location from the parks. I would suggest ignoring GPS most days and taking the back road into Disney property- it might take a bit longer (2 or 3 minutes) but you won't have to deal with the gross 192 traffic. Highly recommend renting here.

Disney family vacation…. Great week!

Beautiful home with everything needed. We had all 5 bedrooms used. Hot tub / pool / game room… close to restaurants, shopping and 15 minutes from all Disney’s properties. 100% recommended.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation experience was wonderful! Super spacious and clean. Our kids enjoyed having the pool as well. We were very close to Disney and the Universal parks. As well as other shops and restaurants. It was very hard to leave and we look forward to booking this house again in the future. We made a ton of wonderful memories thank you for having us! :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice and all but we had to clean majority of the things ourselves which was confusing when they charged us extra for cleaning but other it was a nice stay and the pool was nice but the timers to the pool were a bit confusing at first but we figured it out same thing to the Mickey Mouse bathroom. We didn’t know there was a door to close it until I started to look at it and see you were able to close and lock it. For some reason the WiFi didn’t pop up as said on the paper so we just had to use the guest WiFi which was fine but slow. Overall it was a decent stay with games in the garage and other things. Wish we could’ve stayed longer though.

Subpar outdated house.

The jacuzzi didn’t get hot. The AC would only go to 72 degrees in Florida in May. The checkout procedure was emailed to me and work on emails so looking at emails while on vacation was not happening. I few things were missed when we checked out. But I emailed the host rental site and they were understanding. And I have not seen additional charges to the credit card that was provided. Overall I don’t think I’d spend this kinda money again on a house rental with such out dated amenities.

Awesome Location

It is has a nice setup with plenty of family friendly activities, from games in the garage to TVs with cable and a list of channels. It smelled great and everything provided was awesome. We really enjoyed our time there. It’s not far away from everything but it’s far enough away. The extras provided were a great addition (playpen, extra bedding, extra towels, etc.) We had a great experience.

Poorly maintained rental

We’ve stayed as a family and many a rental property and this was by far one of our worst experiences. Two of the burners were out on the stove. Kitchen was not well equipped nor fully functional. Game room in garage was not well represented and again lacked being maintained. Holes in almost all the pool table pockets, air hockey table didn’t really work fully. Overall, it served its purpose considering we were stuck out of town with no flight home for several days but I would highly recommend updating and getting a lot Maintence done.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was rented for a Christmas vacation with friends while attending Disney. First things first the heat for the home was not operational when we arrived. Very first day and we were already running into a problem. I was told everything was checked prior to guest arrival but obviously it wasn’t. Service man came out next day and repaired it. We paid extra for the hot tub and pool to be heated during our entire stay. After several attempts pool or hot tub wouldn’t stay warm and had to be refunded the cost which I was thankful for. Hot water system for home is too small. We had 6 total guest for a home that sleeps 10. Two people couldn’t even take a shower at the same time due to water being warm enough. Two burners on the stove weren’t operational. So if you plan on cooking meals and multiple things at once you won’t be able to. The sink in the kitchen our last night began leaking underneath as well. I understand the is a rental property however the home should be throughly inspected prior to guests arriving for these simple things and make sure everything is good to go. While in vacation I shouldn’t be standing by for repairs or dealing with broken appliances. I personally would not stay with this property management company again.

Great place!

This property offered a great vacation getaway. It had plenty of room, and great location to all fun things in the Orlando area. We spent some time at Disney and Universal and the place was located perfectly. Would recommend!

Family vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay the property. The house was spacious for a 5 bedroom property. House was clean. We encountered a few problems: dish washer did not work, oven door fell off and air conditioner was locked at 75. We would have liked to the ac thermostat to be set lower. It took a while for the house to cool down and with a lack of fans the house was on the warm side at night. All in all the house was a good value for the rate we paid. Great location for those attending Disney properties.

Awesome vacation home

The house we rented was awesome!! We really enjoyed our stay. We were 6 adults and 2 kids and this place offered us everything we wanted. We were together for family fun, but there was still room for privacy too. The character bedrooms, game room and private pool were all some nice bonuses. Hoping to stay again one day!
