Cancelled Last Minute

3 Days prior to our stay, we booked this location. The day of checking in, we had 30 minutes left before our check in, and let yk this was during a busy weekend so not many other places were available. I message the host about the access code to get in the place, and his answer was a cancellation. Left us stranded and had to look into another place. Disrespectful, Unorganized, and overall, waste of our time.

Obviously new listing

We are not from Fort Worth and we’re not aware of the condition of the neighborhood. It is very much in a rough part of town, and while the beds were comfortable, the train that ran up until midnight and started running again at 7 AM was quite annoying. Also roosters and chickens must live behind the duplex because they were quite noisy as well. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee cups everything was minimal. Obviously this is a new listing and reviews are what will improve it. Overall, we only spent the night there, but if I were listing for a couple of days, I might shop elsewhere.

Nice little place

This VRBO is a no frills, newly renovated duplex. The check in was easy and the house was very nice. The neighborhood is “up and coming” but not quite there yet. There was a nice parking area in the back of the house that was fenced in for a secure feel. Very nice kitchen. Not much furniture (no dressers) but plenty of closet space to put your clothes. No pictures on the wall. Just a nice, clean, place to stay.
