The property is only five minutes from downtown Lake Placid and twenty minutes from Sebring, so conveniently located. You can drink coffee on the back patio or the inside patio and watch various birds, rabbits and other wildlife in the wooded area behind the house. You will have a great view of Lake Grassy from the front porch and will be able to see sunrises and sunsets. The house is in a very relaxing quiet area.

Perfect Short Stay

The home was clean and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable. Maurice was SO helpful getting us into the home on short notice. Very much appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!
