This gorgeous five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath house is perfect for large families, retreats, and groups of responsible adults looking to have a great time in wine country. Enjoy the large great room set up with a 17-foot-long family-style island in the kitchen surrounded by stainless steel appliances and all the amenities needed to curb your culinary desires. The house has two main suites both equipped with en suite bathrooms. The first main bedroom boasts a king bed, a large sofa with a queen fold-out sleeper, and a large flatscreen TV. The second main bedroom is equipped with a king bed, a full-size fold-down sofa futon, and a large flatscreen TV. Guest bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 all have queen beds, delightful wood furniture, and flatscreen TVs. In the middle of these guest bedrooms is a picture-perfect bathroom that can accommodate the needs of this large country house. The living room has a beautiful couch sectional that is also a queen sleeper couch.

This perfect vacation house has plenty to keep you occupied with a private pool, large six-person jacuzzi, pool table, Ping-Pong, tetherball, and plenty of outdoor space to play games or sit back and enjoy the endless views of the valley. Beautiful backyard with a lawn, pool, mountain views, and lots of comfortable places to relax, reconnect, and recharge, or play - individually or collectively. It is a large spacious well-appointed home with open and flowing spaces making it easy to accommodate the needs of a large group of up to 10 people (County ordinance maximum). The Temecula Valley and surrounding area have a multitude of places to explore ranging from visiting its famous “Old Town” to hot air balloon rides that showcase the many beautiful wineries of this area. Temecula Wine Country is conveniently located between Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego - making it a day trip to their many world-class attractions such as Disneyland, Sea World, and the beautiful beaches to name a few & is located just minutes from 35+ wineries, Pechanga Casino, live entertainment, and award-winning golf courses.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.

Excellent Vacation Away from Fireworks

We had a wonderful time at this wonderful home! We had a get-away from the fireworks at our home and it was so relaxing. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the necessities and the house was great for family and friends where we could all have our own space. We will defiantly come back and stay at this house.

Birthday Getaway

We had a great time at the house. The open layout allowed everyone to be together, while doing different things (cooking, eating, watching TV and playing pool, chess/checker). There is also a half bath, large laundry room, and a sitting/reading area in the immediate area. The kitchen is enormous and easily allows for four or more in the space at the same time. It is extremely well appointed with three sinks, two ovens, a huge stove, two coffee makers (standard and k-pod), endless counter space, a well stocked pantry and all the tools and accessories you might need. A chefs dream. Between the dining room table, which accommodates 10, and the various bars and barstools, there was approximately 24 places to sit for a meal (I forgot the exact count) - and all in the same general area so you can share a conversation. There are two huge master bedrooms, each with large gorgeous en suites. Each also has a couch/futon which converts into an additional bed. The other three bedrooms are a decent size, have queen beds and share a hallway bathroom. The outside area is large. The pool was clean and ok for the kids, unfortunately it could not be heated so not really used. There are multiple sitting areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. There is also a jacuzzi, BBQ, large outdoor dinning table, ping pong, tether ball, and a play house. Fantastic house and very clean.

The house was great with only a few issues

The house overall was great, but one of the bathrooms had a major leak. When you turned on the sink faucet it just poured straight onto the floor. The whole house fan in one of the master bedrooms did not function. Other than those two issues, everything was as expected.

Wonderful home!

This home was so wonderful for our family. The minute we walked in the door we got the best feeling. Everyone had their own space, as it is like a ranch style home, all one story, lots of space. The kitchen was amazing, plenty of everything we needed to make meals, gathering around the huge island catching up on our lives. The home is in a quiet neighborhood which we were happy about, very peaceful nights and mornings with the hot air balloons in sight. It has a perfect location too, short distances to both sides of wine country. Sunny Days is an exceptional company, we will be back, 5 stars all day! Thank you!

Invasion of privacy!!!

The house is beautiful, no doubt about it. Unfortunately, the experience during a 4 days (3 nights) stay was HORRIBLE. While the house was pretty well equipped, my family and I had the worse experience ever! Unfortunately, it was very obvious that we were profiled upon getting to the property. The “owner” came by and let us know that they were staying at the cottage which is about 30-40 feet from the main house. We were there to spend time as a family, including kids. At no point did we exceed the occupancy limit. Nor intended to have a party. We tried playing family games (gestures and other board games) however we were consistently harassed about the noise levels. Which really equated to the kids and us laughing as we enjoyed friendly competitions. The house has signs about not having noise outside past 10 pm. They even shut all outdoor lights which can be very dangerous when you’re staying in a home that’s on a hill. We made sure to stay indoors to make sure we weren’t imposing on anyone. However the calls kept coming. We walked outside to understand how loud our laughter could really be however we were unable to hear anything as you get away about 8-10 feet from the house. On the second day, the owner came by again, saying that she was having issues with their pipes and wanted to make sure we weren’t being impacted. The entire time she was observing us all. We later found that they have “sensors” in the family room which is exactly where we gathered to play our family games. I advised the person managing the property to reassess the sensitivity of the sensors as they were not adequate and we’re making the entire trip an unpleasant experience. We later found that they had these same sensors throughout the rooms…why would one ever need to place them there? Definitely an invasion of privacy! What’s worse, they don’t inform you they have these monitoring devices installed which may have the capability to record you. We really wanted to enjoy our stay at this house as it is set up perfectly for a good family trip. Unfortunately that was not the case for us. We decided to leave a day early as there was almost nothing we could do that wouldn’t trigger those sensors. We even tried to just watch movies which was not the point of this trip (trying to disconnect from all electronics). If I wanted to watch a movie, I could have stayed at my house. Yet even this triggered a call about the noise level. It got to the point where we could only have a nice laugh when we were in or near the pantry!! Like really?!?!! We’ve stayed at other Airbnb type of vacation homes and we’ve never had such a negative experience as we did here. Definitely not worth what we payed for, if it was up to me, I’d rate it a zero despite it being a very nice house. The memories made here are not the type you pay over $3,000 for. We also noted that they had ripped out several pages from the book they keep where guests can share their experience. I wonder why??
