You will love staying in this newly remodeled cozy one bedroom condo on the first floor and with the bay right outside your patio door. The unit has been recently remodeled from head to toe. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or reheat from one of the many restaurants nearby and a granite breakfast bar that seats 3. A queen size sofa sleeper is in the living room for added comfort. The master bedroom contains a king size bed and a flat screen TV with a large closet to stow all your things. You can also enjoy fishing out in the bay outside the sliding doors. This is a pet friendly unit allowing one dog up to 50 lbs.

Sun Harbor is a small, quaint complex with only 20 units and across the street from the beautiful private beach, which has been rated one of America's top beaches with beautiful sunsets. This condo is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, Publix grocery store and the well-known pink hotel, The Don Cesar. Disney World is 90 minutes away. This property is a must stay.
