Peaceful Stay!
Peaceful just begins to describe this place! Quiet area, walking distance to a yummy cafe and the river. Very clean (super important to my spouse) and comfortable! The owner was great to communicate with and very friendly. The resident cats were just icing on the cake!!! I highly recommend this place.

great place
The host are great. The property is clean and nice. You can drive your UTV from the property to Mill Creek OHV. It is plenty room to park the trailers and side x side. Definitely I will back to this place.

Hello, my name is Susie I am a certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist but now office manager for a Chiropractic clinic my husband is the Chiropractor. I love being in the medical field helping healing patients and the amazing contact you have with so many individuals. And with the rental property we get to meet so many people from all over the country and to see the joy they get from staying at our place and to make their vacation as memorable as possible truly is a blessing for us! Personally, I love spending time with family and friends cooking for them! Also, I love horseback riding, karaoke, fishing, boating, bord games, A nice afternoon drive on our motorcycle, hitting the trails on the ATV these are a few activities I enjoy.

Why they chose this property

We actually stumbled upon this property through a mutual friend that was selling this amazing place, we were living in Colorado at the time but when we checked it out, we completely fell in love with it and the area the white river amazing it truly felt like heaven on earth! 3 months later we were here and loving it and since the house is way too much for the two of us, we wanted to share it with others.

What makes this property unique

What's unique about this property is that it has such a country feel surrounded by nature mountains walking distance to the river to cool off, fishing or just sit and enjoy, the evening sounds are incredible I think my favorite time of year here is summertime! And all this yet only 30 minutes away from the beautiful small city of Fayetteville. Right on the Pig Trail Scenic Byway Road that crosses the Mulberry River and the 165-mile Ozark Highlands Trail! Several trails for your ATV/OHV nearby, Sequoya Lake and Beaver Lake not too far either, and It's kind of nice having a cafe/Rustic gas station and a little general store around the corner walking distance from the property. This property will no doubt bring you joy; serenity and the adventures are endless when you stay here!
