Rare 4 bedroom heated pool/spa in desirable Cove. Retro, mid-century-modern styled home in the beautiful and relaxing La Quinta Cove features multiple outdoor living spaces, a private front load heated pool/spa and majestic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Enjoy a dip in the pool and soak up the mountain views!
Cook breakfast in the full gas range kitchen complete with a Smeg gas range. Or take a tour though our "library" complete with floating shelves.
Retreat to 1 of 4 comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with plush mattresses, fresh linens.
Guest will enjoy private access to the entire property including front, back and side yards, pool & spa.
Other things to note-
The cost to heat the pool is $85 per day with a 3 day minimum.
The pricing goes to cover the cost of natural gas.
***The house has a 30-day minimum rental period. We only book 6-8 months in advance. Currently we are booking through March 31, 2025, with certain blackout dates. Internet and Amazon Fire stick(s) included at no extra cost. Gardening, pool service, water, sewer & garbage included at no extra cost. Thank you.
