Only good thing about this listing is the location. Building issues, usage issues for renters like garage and lobby access and parking spot dramas, questionable building safety and access issues, apartment itself LOTS of issues, cleanliness not 100%, just very misrepresented overall

Excellent spot in Wilmington

Condo is very clean, nice paint/decor is great. This was a perfect spot for me as a friend and I helped my in-laws with some projects in the area. Having parking was amazing, and the area was very safe and the building was quiet. Will definitely book again when I’m in the area!

Steps from downtown Market Street and the Opera House, The Queen music hall, restaurants, bars and shops and the YMCA of Wilmington. 5-10 mins from Trolley Square district for shopping, bar hopping and restaurants. 5 mins from the Wilmington Riverfront attractions and restaurants. Concord Mall is about 5-10 min away.

NOTE: Please be careful if you choose to walk & navigate in the evening, use caution while walking in area at night.
