-Please note that this parking lot DOES GET FULL during peak season which is from March-December. Please try to bring as few vehicles as possible and limit the number of vehicles to 4.

*ACCESS*
There is no need to check in with anyone. A unique lock code combination will be sent to you 3 days before check-in and you will access the condos via a smart lock.
-There are owner’s closets in both condos that will be inaccessible to guests.

*OTHER INFORMATION*
-Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for use during their stay should they run out.
-There is a RING voice/security camera facing the entrance of the condos. There are no cameras inside the condos. This is for guest and owner protection.
-Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during the entire stay.
-Smoking of any kind is not allowed. You also must be 25 feet away from the building if you do smoke.
-Guest must provide a copy of their government issued identification to verify age.
-We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance when booking. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather, sickness, etc. that is out of the owner’s hands.
