Love the place

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in desperate need of a makeover. Been renting condos for years in the SRQ area. This by far is our worse experience. I like going thru rental agency’s because I always felt they inspected the property and were honest in the disclosures. Not this case.

Beachplace

While I loved the location and walk-up, this condo is badly in need of updating. It appears that there have been no changes since the condo was built. Original cabinetry, countertops, appliances, fixtures, faucets, flooring, and decor. I was hoping it would have more of a "beachy" feel, but the heavy draperies and oversized furniture made it look more like a northern home. That said, it was clean and affordable. Love Beachplace!!!
