The space for rent is one bedroom one bath house nestled in the trees. The house is quite charming. It sits on top of a hill with views looking out into the tree canopy, downtown and the ocean. There is lots of space for lounging. If cozying up with a hot beverage and a good book while watching the squirrels and birds in the surrounding forest sounds like a good time to you, then this is the place for you! There is also a guitar and electric piano open for use if you are musically inclined. It is an isolated location right downtown, so it is extremely quiet at night but only a three minute walk will take you to creek street and the night life.

The house has a living room, dinning area, full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer in basement and a bedroom. The room is 10x14 with double closets for lots of storage. There is high speed wifi, smart tv, queen size bed, dresser, desk, bedding and towels.

This rental has a maximum occupancy of 2 people. 28 day stay minimum.
