Spacious upper floor. Wifi did not work. Was extremely hot during the night, didn’t allow us to get a goodnight sleep. Very clean. Driveway parking was nice. Downstairs neighbours could be a little loud a times.

Nice and roomy .. a couple complaints though .. Owner did not send me the address when I received the code .. had to call customer service to ask as I was unable to contact the owner because I needed a code which wouldn’t work for me after multiple attempts . Also two different adults could not get either tv to work at all, or net flix after many attempts .. an instruction guide would have been helpful ..

Nice place but sparsely furnished

Comfortable place and the bed was excellent. But, there were no lamps or side tables. It would have been nicer if we didn't have to use overhead lighting all the time in the bedroom.

Abbotsford Stay

This is an extremely bare bones place. Closets with no or few hangers. We had to hang our coats on chairs or the banister. No soap for shower. No bedside lamps. Not a stitch of wall hangings. No pillows on couches. It could be made to feel more inviting with a few of these items. What they did provide was in plenty though and we were thankful for that. Tons of toilet paper and towels. Plenty of coffee supplies. Extra blankets. Many doors and drawers are broken. Some drawers in kitchen were very dirty. The house is located beside a busy road so is fairly noisy at night due to the a/c unit being in the window. We put some of the extra towels around it to muffle the sound and that helped. I might suggest to the owners that they should think about adding some insulation around the units to help soundproof it a bit. The bed was quite comfortable so we were thankful for that. Overall it’s not a bad place to stay. It’s just kind of blah and needs a bit of tlc.

The property was clean, roomy and in a convenient location for our purpose. The floors were cold. The fireplace didn't work. It worried me as I tried to turn it on and could smell the gas, pilot wouldn't light and I had a hard time turning it off. When I communicated this to the host I was told it was being repaired and they were waiting for a part. We should have been told this. The TV in the master bedroom has no remote and is not connected to cable service so it wasn't used. We brought food that needed to go into the oven but there were no oven proof bake ware, only cookie sheets. I couldn't hang my cloths as the rod in the closet was close to 7' and there was no stool (I'm 5' and my 85 yr old mother is shrinking and now 4'7'') Also, it would have been nice to have better cutlery and cookware (non stick). A few extra garbage bags and paper towels would have helped. Some instruction on TV, micro wave, oven use would be a nice touch also. It was frustrating having to figure things out. Had to stand on the bed to reach the string that turned the fan off or on, not fun. The closet door in the kitchen wasn't installed properly and wasn't on the track.
