Freshly renovated, The Ibis Cottage is a cozy studio on a beautiful property overlooking a small lake. It is a 5 minute drive to Nokomis Beach, Siesta Beach and Venice Beach are within easy reach, and a block away to the Legacy Trail bike path (Sarasota to Venice). Enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property including the ibis, heron, and snowy egret. The cottage is conveniently located between Sarasota and Venice. The perfect location for enjoying the Gulf coast and outstanding beaches.
The space
Less than 2 miles to Casey Key and Nokomis Beach, shopping and great restaurants around the corner, and a short walk to the Legacy Trail (bike path that runs between Sarasota and Venice).

You will have access to the entire cottage, the porch, and the large yard behind the cottage.

There is a microwave, refrigerator, a double burner hot plate, a coffee maker, can open, bottle opener and basic kitchen utensils.
The dog fee starts at $15. Please inquire for extended stays. No cats due to allergies.

Anniversary Staycation

House was well equipped with everything that was needed. Location was great, everything was near by including beaches! Overall very comfortable. Host was friendly and quick to reply! 😊

Perfect alternative to hotel room

The room was very cute and comfortable, perfect for 2 people. Beautiful property. Close to stores and restaurants and just a few minutes away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
