Modern apartments was located in a quiet, safe, walkable neighborhood. Not in walking distance but, it is near the Houston Zoo, NRG Stadium, Rice University. The Texas Medical Center is huge. Modern is No Smoking Apartments disappointed walking into an apartment smelling like smoke especially when you don't smoke. Overall enjoyed my stay

Very nice place!

My husband and I stayed here while he had surgery at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center, which is really only 1/2 mile away. The apt. was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a very good stay during what was a stressful time for us.
