About this property

Bring the whole family to enjoy this great home with lots of room for fun. Our home is located in Newton, IA a couple of miles off the highway. It is about a 25 min drive to Adventureland, and about a 35 min drive to downtown Des Moines. It is also about 10 min from the racetrack.

Our house has a theater room, pool table, foosball table, extra large kitchen (with pots, pans and a basic spices), 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 restrooms to make it comfortable for a small or large family.

The home sits on an acre of land with room to play outside.

Getaway weekend

Absolutely loved this house and area. Everything was great, communication with the host was great. No problems at all other than batteries dead in living room remote and tvs were a little difficult to gigure out but we finally did figure them out. Theater room was awsome, pool table and bar were awsome! I left it as clean as i found it. Thank you for a great weekend we will be back!

Family visit

We loved the house. It was a perfect size for our group and spacious for us to spread out from each other. The kitchen was a great asset, as we cooked/ate all our meals at the house. We look forward to staying again

Beautiful property! Need more furniture, such as couches or arm chairs. Chairs in kitchen felt wobbly. Ice maker was frozen up. No dressers in bedrooms. Television and theater unavailable because we were unable to use remotes. We are a group of friends, (husbands are Veterans)
