Spacious three bedroom, two bath home decorated in bright beachy colors with midcentury flair. Our home’s amenities include full a/c, with individual units in each bedroom, a fire pit with seating, an outdoor shower, a well-equipped kitchen, board games, and two TVs with Rokus for streaming. All your 100 percent cotton linens and towels are included. You will enjoy the two family room areas, the wraparound deck with plenty of seating, and your proximity to beautiful South Cape Beach (1.4 miles to the state-run parking lot and to Mashpee Town Beach) We are 15 minutes to the dock for the Island Queen, the passenger ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, 10 minutes to the many shops and restaurants of Mashpee Commons, and 20 minutes to the shops, eateries, and cultural life of downtown Falmouth. New Seabury is an exclusive, family-oriented summer haven with miles of warm-water beaches for your enjoyment.

Lovely home

Just perfect for our family vacation. Thoughtfully organized/renovated and clean, cute home with good outdoor space a nice beach within a short bike or car ride.
