About this property

Hiking trails, Marble, Valley & Apennines views - Scenic wooden loft

Nestled in the historic hamlet "Moce”, this rustic loft is right between Brescia and Garda Lake. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and perched above the clouds. Gaze upon the 2000+ years old Botticino marble while sipping morning caffè or aperitivo prosecco from your window. Roam the hiking trails, seek solace in the pure "Spring of Life" mountain spring, and relish Brescian delights at local trattorias.
Private parking is <1 min walk from your doorstep.

Come experience our hamlet!

---------The space
We're part of the historical hamlet "borgo Ai Moce" which used to be a family farm. The loft is on the first floor and is rather spacious with 85m²/914ft² of internal space, plus a little balcony area.
Exposed wooden beams, parquet, and rusty cotto tiles create an inviting ambiance.

Upon entering, the armchair lends itself easily to naps, good books, and a place to unwind, reflect, and recharge. Bunk beds mimic a wooden ship, giving a cozy feeling when sleeping. On cooler days, on top of the heated cast iron radiators, it's so cozy just warming up by the pellet fireplace and watching the fire.

The tall wooden beam ceiling of the entrance provides a spacious feeling to the living room. Parquet floors lead to the dining area with 1930s antique wooden furniture, marble chess, classic board games, and 1960s classic guitar. There's no television, which is great for disconnecting from the outside and connecting with fellow travelers. Wi-Fi is available in the whole loft.
The kitchenette has a single electric burner perfect for espresso or pasta. The mini fridge has just enough space to chill a few bottles of prosecco and keep your Parmigiano fresh.

A skylight over the tub (no shower = max relaxation) and wooden floors and ceiling give a cozy and tranquil feel to this quaint bathroom. Feel the stresses melt away in the bathtub looking at the wooden beams and sky through the skylight. The sink with mirror area is nice and bright thanks to natural sunlight from windows and another skylight.

The master bedroom has a spacious queen-sized bed (160 x 200cm / 5'3 x 6ft 6in), big closets, and a sliding wooden door for room privacy. The skylight above the bed gives fantastic light during the day and has a shutter to provide complete darkness during the night if desired. Or just fall asleep watching the stars on clear nights!
