This house has 2,000+ sq ft of deck space amongst three levels, a spacious decked yard, and a wet bar – perfect for entertaining groups of friends who appreciate all the comforts of home. There are seven bedrooms including one king, seven queen, and six twin beds which sleep 22. There are reclining sofas and large TVs throughout. The house has space for cooking and preparations on both levels.

Deck levels one and two are 800 sq ft each and have hot tubs. The second deck provides stunning oceanside views. The 400 sq ft third level crow’s nest deck has 360 views of the ocean and bay with intimate “giant chairs” for two couples. The home has five bathrooms in total; two full interior bathrooms, two interior half bathrooms with adjoining spacious outdoor showers, and one additional half bathroom in the penthouse loft.

Ferry service from Bay Shore lands you in the heart of the Ocean Bay Park commercial district, which gives off a bohemian and breezy vibe. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
