With sleeping accommodations for 10+ this home is centrally located, only15 min from Scottsdale ! This includes all your Arizona events including Glendale Stadium, Fiesta Bowl, Waste Management Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, Barrett Jackson Car Show and 10-25 minutes from MLB spring training: Mariners, Padres, Dodgers, White Sox, Rangers, Royals, Brewers and Reds, and only a couple minutes from Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Water park!! While the pool does not have a heating feature, its a wonderful space to sunbathe year-round and swim during most months.
